Police name man killed in Toomebridge crash

The fatal crash happened at the Roguery Road in Toomebridge, Co Antrim

A man who died in a road crash in Co Antrim last night has been named as 22-year-old Calvin Dripps.

Mr Dripps, from Magherafelt, died in the one-vehicle crash on the Roguery Road in Toomebridge at around 9.30pm.

Inspector McCarron said: “It was reported that a blue Seat Leon car was involved in the incident.

“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage available to contact police on 101."

The Roguery Road was closed following the crash but reopened this morning.
