Man charged with raping male in east Belfast

The man is set to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court,  this afternoon

A 40-year-old man has been charged with raping a teenage male in east Belfast.

He has also been charged with sexual assault and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The incident took place on Monday in the Ravenhill Avenue area.

The man is set to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court this afternoon.

As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
