Detectives investigating the murder of east Belfast loyalist Ian Ogle have reported two people to the Public Prosecution Service in the relation to the ongoing investigation.

The father of two was stabbed to death close to his Cluan Place home in January.

The 49-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman had previously been arrested in relation to the wider investigation and released without charge.

The PSNI said today that the man has now been reported to the PPS for assisting an offender while the woman has been reported for allegedly withholding information.
