FOUR masked men, one armed with a crowbar, have broken into a house in Co Antrim.

The burglary happened in Abbeyville Park in Newtownabbey at around 9.25pm on Monday.

Police said the men broke into the house, searched it, and damaged a computer.

They later drove off in a small white car.

Two of the men were between 5'8" and 5'10'' and wore dark clothes.

A third man, also between 5'8" and 5'10'', wore dark clothes and gold-rimmed glasses. The lower part of his face was covered and he was wearing yellow or green gardening gloves.

The fourth man was around 6' 2'' and was described as having a large but lean build. He wore rimless glasses and black clothes and had the lower part of his face covered.

He also wore latex gloves.

Police have appealed to anyone with information to contact them.
