PSNI called after passengers turned away from flight

The PSNI was called to Belfast City Airport after several passengers were turned away from their flights yesterday

The PSNI was called to Belfast City Airport after several passengers were turned away from their flights yesterday.

It is believed the passengers were later to spoken to by police and the matter was resolved.

Police said they "attended Belfast City Airport to liaise with a number of passengers who were denied travel on a flight".

It is understood several flights were delayed leaving the airport.
