Man's body recovered from Lough Erne following jet ski accident

THE man who died following a jet skiing accident in Lough Erne has been named as Kenny Andrews.

The body of the 31-year-old was recovered from the Co Fermanagh lake last night.

Police said they are not treated his death as suspicious. Mr Andrews was from Bangor and the managing director of Newtownards-based company Damp Proofing NI.

His fiancée and family have thanked the emergency services involved in the search for him, a police spokesman said.

A second man, aged 28, was pulled alive from the water after the accident which happened at around 5pm on September 9.

A helicopter from the Irish Coastguard at Sligo had been deployed to help with the search which was centred on Muckross near Kesh in Co Fermanagh.
