A PROTESTER who stormed on stage during the UK's Eurovision performance had gatecrashed the Nolan Live TV show last year.

Host Stephen Nolan claimed the same stage invader who disrupted the UK's singer SuRie in Portugal on Saturday night, had also crashed his programme during a live broadcast in Belfast in October.

In a message posted on Twitter, Mr Nolan said: "The guy who invaded my Nolan Live TV show on BBC...I'm pretty sure this is him again at Eurovision".

The protester, who was dressed in a black and red bandana and slogan t-shirt promoting a book available on Amazon, ran onto the Eurovision stage and shouted about "Nazis of the UK media" as he snatched the microphone from the singer.

He also yelled, "we demand freedom", before he was rushed off the stage by a security guard.

The man who goes under the name Dr AC Activism is a so-called anti-media conspiracy theorist. He also stormed the stage of the National Television Awards, where he was ordered off by host Dermot O'Leary.

SuRie later resumed her song and finished to rapturous applause.
