A 55-year-old man has been charged over speeches made at a far-right rally in Belfast.

The man was arrested in Liverpool about the Northern Ireland Against Terrorism Rally, organised by Britain First, outside Belfast City Hall on August 6.

He was later charged with using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour.

The man is to appear before Belfast Magistrate's Court on January 17.
