Two men charged over aggravated burglary in south Belfast

POLICE investigating a burglary in the Stranmillis Gardens area of south Belfast have charged two men with a number of offences.

The men, aged 25 and 30, will appear in Belfast Magistrates Court today charged with aggravated burglay, possession of an offensive weapon and assault on police.

The break-in took place at a house where parents were living with a aoung baby.

Detectives investigating the report of an aggravated burglary at a house in the Stranmillis Gardens area of south Belfast on Thursday 23rd November have charged two men aged 25 and 30 with a number of offences including aggravated burglary, possession of an offensive weapon and assault on police. Both men are due to appear at Belfast MC on Friday 24th November.
