A BELFAST bar opened its doors to dozens of dogs yesterday to raise funds for a canine charity.

The second annual Pooch Social event at The Dirty Onion in the Cathedral Quarter welcomed a host of furry, four-legged customers and their owners in aid of Lucy's Trust.

A beer garden marquee was erected outside the bar and the canine crowd was treated to live music, while there was a roaring fire inside for pooches to relax by.

During the fundraiser, Game of Thrones fans also got the chance to meet the direwolves from the show, Odin and Thor.
