A mother-of-five in her thirties has died suddenly in west Belfast.

The woman, named locally as Anne McGrady, was found dead at her home in the Glenkeen area of Poleglass yesterday morning.

It is understood she passed away in bed and was found by her partner.

Police are not treating the death as suspicious.

Ms McGrady is survived by her four daughters, son and wider family.

Sinn Féin councillor Stephen Magennis passed on his condolences to the woman's relatives.

He said: "My thoughts are with the lady and her family."

A post mortem examination is to take place to determine the cause of death.
