STAFF at a shop were threatened with a hammer during a robbery in west Belfast.
The raid happened in the Springfield Road area at around 7.40pm on Saturday.
Police said they received a report that a man had entered a shop, armed with what is believed to have been a hammer, and threatened staff before making off with cash.
There were no injuries.
Police have appealed for information.
