POLICE have arrested a man on suspicion of "violent dissident republican actvitiy" following reports of shots being fired over a coffin in west Belfast.
The 53-year-old was arrested last night in east Belfast and has been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning.
Searches have also been carried out in west Belfast.
The arrest comes after a video of shots being fired over a coffin appeared on Facebook.
Police have appealed for information.
