A 37-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after cannabis worth £140,000 was found in a car in west Belfast.
He was arrested on Ainsworth Avenue off the Shankill Road yesterday on suspicion of importing and possessing cannabis.
The drugs were found in a nearby car.
Police said the drugs may be linked to a £200,000 cannabis seizure on Donegall Road in south Belfast on March 2.
Officers carried out follow-up searches following yesterday's seizure.
