FIRE crews were at the scene of a blaze in south Armagh last night.

It is understood a fire broke out at a house in Francis Jordan Park in Jonesborough shortly after 7pm.

Several fire engines remained at the scene yesterday evening.

Meanwhile, a man, a woman and a small child were treated in hospital for smoke inhalation after a fire broke out at a house in Coleraine, Co Derry.

The fire spread from an oil tank to a house on Ballycastle Road at about 4am yesterday.

People living in neighbouring houses were evacuated while fire crews tackled the blaze.

The house was left badly damaged.
