A MAN was taken to hospital following a serious crash between a car and a lorry on the outskirts of north Belfast on Tuesday night.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance shortly after 9pm.
Belfast Road close to Ligoniel was closed at its junctions with Seven Mile Straight and Ballyutoag Hill following the crash.
It is understood the crash happened on a sharp bend.
Diversions were in place.
