Lisburn family return from holiday to find home vandalised

POLICE are investigating an incident in Lisburn where a house was broken into and vandalised.

The residents returned from holiday to find that the vandals had broken into their home in the Warren Park Drive area.

Police said the vandals gained access to the home through the back door and described the house as "wrecked, even the baby's cot" after inspecting the property today.

Police have appealed for information about the incident and ask that anyone with information contact them by calling 101.
