Man dies following Co Tyrone car crash

A MAN in his twenties after his car struck a bridge in Co Tyrone this morning.

The man's car, a silver Peugeot, struck a bridge on the Longland Road in Donemana at around 7.20am this morning. 

Another man who was in the car was taking to hospital for injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Police have appealed for witnesses of the collision, or anyone who was travelling on the Longland Road this morning, to contact them by calling 101.

The Longland Road has now reopened, after being closed for much of the day.
