Woman (41) charged in million pound Co Tyrone fraud case

A 41-year-old woman has been charged with a number of offences linked to a million pound fraud of a Co Tyrone manufacturing company.

Detectives from the PSNI Economic Crime Unit charged the woman on Friday after she was arrested in Fivemiletown last month.

Police launched an investigation after the company contacted them with concerns about its accounts.

The woman has been charged to appear at Dungannon Magistrates Court on July 1 with fraud by abuse of position, concealing criminal property and making, having and supplying articles for use in fraud where the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
