ALL Saints are to headline this year's Feile an Phobail in west Belfast.

The 1990s girl band will play at the festival's Big Top on August 7, it was announced on Tuesday evening.

Also joining the reformed group are Glasgow band Deacon Blue who will play a gig on August 13.

Holly Johnson, the lead singer of Frankie Goes to Hollywood will play the festival on August 11.

The line-up also includes Roland Gift, former singer with the Fine Young Cannibals and The Kooks.

And also on the bill for the summer event are singers Sharon Shannon, Frances Black and Mary Coughlan  who will play Clonard Monastery on August 9..

The West Belfast Festival, now in its 28th year, has increasingly attracted big names.

All Saints have sold 12 million albums and split twice but reformed for a series of live performances in 2014.

They released their fourth album, Red Flag, earlier this year.

Deacon Blue, who were one of the biggest acts of the 1980s, are known for hits including Dignity and Real Gone Kid.

They have sold more than six million albums, the most recent of which, A New House, was released in September 2014.
