Concern error: What to do if you are affected

Concern said it will refund any donor affected by its direct debit error
Concern said it will refund any donor affected by its direct debit error Concern said it will refund any donor affected by its direct debit error

What to do if you are affected:

- Concern says it is trying to refund the full amounts taken by Friday May 6

- If your account incurs bank charges as a result of the error you need to send Concern a copy of your bank statement to be reimbursed

- Concern is contacting those affected by the error and is urging them to get in touch with their bank to process an indemnity claim, which is the fastest way to get a refund

- If for some reason people can’t file an indemnity claim, then Concern will process the refund. This method takes longer, which is why Concern is encouraging people to use the indemnity option

- The correct direct debit donation will be collected on the week beginning May 16. Any future direct debits will be collected on the first day of the month

- Those affected can contact Concern on 02890 950009 between 9am and 5pm; email at r.caldwell@concern.net; or write to Freepost Plus RTKX-TBEG-GXRR, Concern Worldwide, 47 Frederick Street, Belfast, BT1 2LW
