Police have revisited the scene of an attempted murder in north Belfast a year ago.
Harry McMahon, aged in his 50s, was shot in the back of the head as he stood in a Chinese take away on the Oldpark Road on January 30.
Detective Chief Inspector Gary Reid said the shooting, which took place in front of a customer and their young child, was “cold and calculated”.
The PSNI said they believe one man was involved and he made off in a blue Vauxhall Astra estate which was found on fire less than a mile away in Torrens Gardens.
The car, which was bought in Newtownabbey on January 20 last year, may have been stored in a garage or outhouse.
