A man has died after being stuck by a lorry this morning in Moira, Co Down.

The incident happened at the Moira roundabout on the A26 Glenavy Road, at around 7.30 this morning.

An ambulance crew was sent to the scene andt he road was closed for a period. It has since been reopened.

Meanwhile two men remain in a "serious" condition in hospital following a serious road traffic collision in Randalstown.

The incident happened last night  on the Magheralane Road which remains closed today as police carry out investigations.
