Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard `to wed' in 10 days
TV presenter Christine Bleakley may be set to marry New York City FC footballer fiance Frank Lampard before Christmas.
Reports suggest the couple, who began dating in 2009 and became engaged in June 2011, are to wed in an intimate ceremony on Sunday December 20 at The Arts Club, a private members' club in central London.
It is believed only close friends are being invited to the event with some of the groom's guests reported to include former England team mates John Terry, Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney, as well as Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.
Reportedly, singer Ed Sheeran could provide the entertainment at the event, however, this is unconfirmed.
The reports come six months after it was claimed the couple were due to wed at Castle Leslie in Co Monaghan in June.
At the time, gardai in Monaghan confirmed the venue would be closed to the public for a time, however, the luxury hotel declined to comment on reports it was hosting the wedding.
In an interview in April, Ms Bleakley, who is originally from Newtownards Co Down, had said that she and Lampard were on wedding "standby".
"We know exactly what we want to do so that's half the battle," she said.
