TWO of Ulster's top GAA stars have tied the knot in a wedding in Co Down.

Antrim hurler Arron Graffin and Down Camog Sara-Louise Carr exchanged vows in front of family, friends and teammates at St John’s Church in Hilltown on Friday.

Sara-Louise Carr, who plays for Clonduff at club level, is the daughter of double All-Ireland winner Ross Carr.

Carr won two All-Ireland medals with Down in 1991 and 1994 and previously managed the Down minor team in 2003 and 2004.

Arron Graffin has been one of Antrim’s star players since breaking into the senior squad in 2007.

As a member of the Ulster team, the Cusendall man has lined out in the inter-provincial championship on a number of occasions.

At club level he is a two-time Ulster medallist with Ruairí Óg. In addition to this Graffin has also won three championship medals with the club.

Following the service, the happy couple posed for pictures with their hurling sticks in front of the church.

Like her new husband, Sara-Louise Carr has also long been a player at the top of the game.

A camog from an early age, Ms Carr suffered a devastating injury in 2014 and was sidelined for several months.

After a stint in rehab for three months, she eventually returned to the field to go on to win an All-Ireland camogie medal later that year.

In 2016, the couple took a season off to go travelling across Asia and Australia.
