TYRONE GAA star Colm Cavanagh had the perfect match off the football field as he celebrated his wedding day.

Colm married Levina Casey in front of friends and family at St Joseph's Church in the Co Tyrone village of Caledon on Friday.

Their reception was held at the Manor House Country Hotel in Killadeas, near Enniskillen in Co Fermanagh.

The couple, who have been together for around seven years, met while both working at accountancy firm Cavanagh Kelly.

Colm's older brother, Tyrone captain Sean Cavanagh (32), was best man for the big day.

Sean surprised his brother during the reception with video messages from soccer player Niall McGinn and rugby star Tommy Bowe, wishing him well for married life.

The reception also had some Las Vegas-themed elements after Colm's stag do was held in the US desert city.

Levina (29), from the Brantry outside Dungannon, had four bridesmaids including her younger sister Michelle Casey as chief bridesmaid.

On their wedding day Colm (28), from Moy, posted a beaming selfie with his new bride on Twitter along with the brief message: "The new Mrs Cavanagh."

The newlyweds plan to travel to the Mexican city of Cancun in January for their honeymoon.
