Twelve people have been examined at Altnagelvin hospital after a gas leak in Derry.
Spencer Road was closed following reports of a gas leak earlier today.
Spencer Road in L/Derry has been closed to facilitate fire service personnel investigate report of gas in the area. Diversions in place.

Police and firefighters attended the scene and a number of properties were evacuated.

After locals complained of headaches, one man and 11 women were taken to hospital to be accessed.
Nine of the 12 people who attended hospital were discharged before 5pm with the remaining one man and two women expected to leave hospital this evening.
The Fire & Rescue Service later confirmed that the incident involved an electrial fire on an underground cable.
