Robots arrive for summer at Titanic Belfast

Robots have taken over part of Titanic Belfast.

The visitor attraction is hosting one of Europe’s largest privately owned collections of robots, cyborgs and androids until September 13.

More than 50 props and costumes are on display including film favourites such as Iron Man, R2D2 and T-800 from Terminator.

Sonny from I, Robot, the B9 from Lost in Space and the cyborg RoboCop also feature.

Don Jack, curator of the the exhibition which is on loan from the Museum of Movie Magic in Scotland, said: “We are delighted to bring Robots to Titanic Belfast. People find our collections totally fascinating. Folks just love to see the items, particularly the iconic pieces."

Tickets cost £6 per adult and £3 per child, with family tickets at £16.
