Cinemagic can come to you
THE Cinemagic Film and Television Festival for under 12 year olds has a roving screening programme running from 3rd-17th October including an Irish Language package (40mins) for 4-11 year olds.
Anam An Amhráin sees Cartoon Saloon animate new interpretations of 12 old Irish songs such as An Gréasaí Bróg, Tá Dhá Ghabhairín Bhuí Agam and Óro Sé do Bheatha Abhaile.
Cinemagic can come to your school/community group/ youth group to screen the package at a time agreed with the festival on any number of dates/times.
The cost per attendee is £3 and they require a minimum booking of 30 attendees.

n Ógras Oirialla, the Irish language Youth Club for young people in Counties Armagh, Louth, Monaghan and Down is starting up again and registration for 2014 - 2015 is taking place on Friday 3rd October.
The annual membership fee £15 (if two or three from same family £15 for first child and £10 for each additional child).
Registration takes place on Friday between 7:30pm - 9:00pm at the Saint Oliver Plunkett Youth Club on the Culloville Road in Crossmaglen.

n Irish Language Classes resume on Thursday 9th October at Kingdom Club Dunavil, Kilkeel BT34 4JT.
All levels catered for with the Beginners class at 6.45pm and an Intermediate class starting at 7.45pm.

n Cumann Siúlóide Uachtar Tíre, a walking group for Gaeiligeoirí, learners of Irish or just anyone interested in the Irish language meets every Saturday at Hillyard House, Upper Square, Castlewellan at 10.30am for moderate walks of about an hour and half followed by coffee.
