A MAN arrested in connection with the murder of Andrew Allen has been released without charge.
Mr Allen (24), a father-of-two, was shot dead in a house on the outskirts of Buncrana, Co Donegal in February 2012. The Derry man had been living at the house with his partner since being ordered out of the city by vigilante group, Republican Action Against Drugs (RAAD).
On Wednesday of this week, Gardai arrested a Derry man in connection with the murder. Following questioning at Buncrana Garda station, he was released without charge.
