A 27-YEAR-OLD man who was questioned by police about a car-bomb attack in Belfast city centre has been released without charge.
He was arrested yesterday in connection with the attack on November 24 in which a bomb partially exploded inside a car parked at the entrance to Victoria Square shopping centre car park.
It detonated as British Army bomb disposal experts were preparing to examine the vehicle.
