THIEVES have burgled the home of a 91-year-old woman in Belfast. The pensioner was in her home at newton Park in the Four Winds area with a 79-year-old neighbour when the "distraction-type burglary" took place. The thieves struck after 3pm on Monday when a woman knocked the victim's door claiming she had lost her cat and believed it was in the pensioner's back garden. Then a second neighbour saw a man climb over the pensioner's fence and disappear. an upstairs bedroom had been ransacked and money stolen.
