Celine Dion and James Corden recreated one of the most famous scenes from Titanic during the Canadian singer’s Carpool Karaoke appearance.

Corden’s The Late Late Show had a primetime special in the US which saw the former Gavin And Stacey actor driving Dion around Las Vegas, where she has a concert residency.

After performing duets of hits including All Coming Back To Me Now, the pair left the car behind and took to the pool outside the Caesars Palace hotel in a small boat to reenact the “I’m flying” scene from Titanic.

Corden, wearing a wig resembling Leonardo DiCaprio’s curtain hairstyle from the film, stood behind Dion at the boat’s bow while she played Kate Winslet’s role from the 1997 film.

Meanwhile, Dion’s hit My Heart Will Go On, a song from Titanic, played. The segment ended with Dion dropping a blue locket into the water, another reference to James Cameron’s romantic epic.

Earlier, Dion, 51, made a confession about her famed shoe collection, admitting she “maybe” owned 10,000 pairs of designer footwear.

Corden then proceeded to hand out some of Dion’s shoes to passers-by on the street.

Dion performed a dramatic rendition of the viral children’s song Baby Shark as well as discussing the downsides of her global fame.

She told Corden she was in hospital giving birth to her first child and had yet to hold the baby in her arms when the doctor was on television announcing the news.

Dion was born in the Canadian province of Quebec and rose to fame in the 1980s with a series of French-language albums.

Guided by her manager and later husband Rene Angelil, she made the successful transition to English-language pop music and is one of the most successful artists of her era, selling more than 200 million records worldwide.
