Rapper Offset enjoyed a tearful reunion with his father after not seeing him for more than 23 years.

Offset, one-third of the chart-topping rap group Migos, posted a video to Instagram showing the pair embracing for the first time in over two decades.

The 27-year-old musician said “dreams do come true” and that “I still love him”.

Writing in all caps, he added: “THE PAST IS THE PAST AND THE PRESENT IS ALL WE HAVE TO RELY ON WE NOT PERFECT IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM I LOVE YOU POPS !!! NO MATTER WHAT!!!!”

Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, later shared a picture of him and his father posing in front of a car.

He captioned the post saying they look “so much alike”. Offset is married to fellow rapper Cardi B and the couple had a daughter, Kulture, in July last year.

He had spoken previously about his relationship with his father, revealing he had not seen him since he was four.

However, they had spoken on the phone four years ago, he said.

Offset formed Migos alongside Takeoff and Quavo in Georgia in 2008.

They are known for hits including Versace, Motorsport and Bad And Boujee.
