Mercury-winning Young Fathers announced for London festival ahead of new album

Mercury Prize winners Young Fathers, jazz revivalists Badbadnotgood and indie group Friendly Fires are the latest acts to join new London festival All Points East.

They will perform alongside headliners LCD Soundsystem, The xx and Bjork at the festival, which is part of a wider ten-day event in the capital’s Victoria Park.

Brits Critics’ Choice nominee Stefflon Don also joins the line-up, as do Django Django, Tom Misch and Kojey Radical.

Scottish hip-hop group Young Fathers will perform following the release of their third album, Cocoa Sugar, which is scheduled to come out in March.

All Points East festival takes place between Friday May 25 and Sunday May 27.
