The man sacked from his job as a DJ for groping superstar Taylor Swift has been hired by a Mississippi radio station.
Delta Radio CEO David Fuss said he believes David Mueller’s side of the story – and added that the new recruit sounds good on the air.
Swift sued Mr Mueller for a dollar last year, saying he grabbed her backside while posing for a photo.
Mr Mueller, who uses the last name “Jackson” on air, denies the allegation. He started co-hosting the Jackson and Jonbob show on Monday.
His hiring comes amid the #MeToo movement aimed at drawing attention to sexual assault and harassment.
Mr Fuss said the hiring decision was also “maybe a tiny bit” about publicity.
