Love Island fans celebrated Chris Hughes remaining on the romantic getaway on Friday night during a tense recoupling.
Olivia Attwood opted to partner up with Hughes after he professed his love to her earlier in the episode.
He told her he believed in a future where they could continue their relationship outside of the ITV2 programme.
She had been flirting with Mike Thalassitis and viewers feared she would choose to give it a go during the recoupling.

After taking time to weigh up her decision, Attwood relieved Islanders and fans alike while Thalassitis linked up with Tyla Carr.
It meant GB athlete Theo Campbell has become the latest to be dumped from the villa, after the surprise recoupling saw him left without a partner.
Following his sudden departure from the dating programme, Campbell insisted that he was not playing a game and that he was only speaking his mind in order to be the “voice of the villa”.
However, while some celebrated Hughes remaining in the programme, others wanted him to hit back at his partner for flirting with the idea of matching with Thalassitis.

I'm happy …. but then I'm not….. Chris deserves someone who doesn't even have to think about being with him. #LoveIsland
