This is the heart-warming moment Spider-Man star Tom Holland surprised patients at a children’s hospital – in full superhero gear.
The actor stunned kids and teenagers at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, putting a smile on their faces.
Clad in the Marvel character’s trademark blue and red costume, complete with mask, the man behind the outfit was not immediately recognisable to patients.
But after removing the headgear, one young woman was pleasantly surprised to see the 21-year-old star and remarked: “Ooh, you’re really cute.” We don’t disagree.
BRIT School-educated Holland rose to silver screen fame in 2012, where he starred alongside Naomi Watts in tsunami thriller The Impossible.
He will make his full Spider-Man debut next month in Spider-Man: Homecoming, after a cameo in his first Marvel film, Captain America: Civil War, in 2016.
