Game Of Thrones' Natalie Dormer returns to London theatre in Venus In Fur

Game Of Thrones star Natalie Dormer will return to London theatre to play an actress who turns up unannounced for an audition in black comedy Venus In Fur.
The actress will appear alongside Victoria’s David Oakes in the David Ives play, which will be directed by Patrick Marber, at the Theatre Royal Haymarket.

Based on Leopold von Sacher-Masoch’s 1870 novel, which inspired the term masochism, the play premiered off-Broadway in New York in 2010 before transferring to Broadway.
The new version will reunite Dormer with Marber after she played the title role in his play After Miss Julie at the Young Vic in 2012.
Natalie, 35, will play actress Vanda Jordan, who appears unannounced to audition for director Thomas Novachek, played by Oakes.

The production is set over one evening in downtown Manhattan, when the meeting between actress and director becomes a seductive dance.
Venus In Fur is at Theatre Royal Haymarket from October 6 to December 9.
