Liam Payne has announced the title and release date of his debut solo single – the day before his One Direction band mate Harry Styles puts his first album out.
He pipped his friend to the post with news on their solo careers by giving his fans a first look at the track’s video the evening before Harry releases his self-titled debut record.
The singer posted a short clip from the video that previewed 20 seconds of the song.

Liam recently became a father for the first time when his girlfriend Cheryl gave birth to a baby boy in March.
Other One Direction members Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan have also released solo material and Harry’s debut single Sign Of The Times reached number one in the UK charts, while former band member Zayn Malik released his first album alone in 2016.
Harry made an appearance at London’s Electric Cinema on Thursday for a screening of a documentary about the making of his album.
