When Cristiano Ronaldo’s golden statue was revealed earlier this year, we thought we’d seen the bust of the year, but this woman’s LeBron James effort might just have stolen first place.
Sandy Buffie is an Ohio artist and, according to the New York Post, she created the piece titled LintBron after donations of lint from 30 people.

It’s a pretty great effort it has to be said, with some unconventional materials involved. Here’s a close up – that’s detail, tattoos and all.

The real LeBron has been having a tough time of it in the NBA Finals. Despite personally scoring 96 points along with 37 rebounds and 31 assists, his team the Cleveland Cavaliers are 3-0 down in the best of seven series.
So naturally folks wanted to know if LintBron had skills too.
can he play

Others pointed out that LeBron was not the first to be honoured in dryer lint.

Meanwhile some people were confused, which is probably a fair initial response.

But surely we can all agree that, after the initial surprise of LintBron, he’s pretty great.
We need more information, this is wonderful! ??
