Healthcare is one of the key issues for Americans today, so if someone like House Speaker Paul Ryan finally delivers a speech on the government’s plans to dismantle Obamacare, people would be all ears… or so you’d think.

Instead, Ryan provided the delighted public with a Photoshop battle by unfortunately making his speech whilst wildly waving towards a wonky PowerPoint presentation.

Sigh – it really was too easy to start ribbing the unsuspecting Ryan.

Some gave their own interpretation of the Republican healthcare plan.

But most people just used it as an opportunity to Photoshop silly things on to the screen.

Then it got very meta as Ryan himself started appearing on the screen.

Yep, Ryan didn’t get off lightly at all.

Even those with no Photoshop skills got involved.

Okay, so that’s probably enough Photoshop fun for now.

If you are interested in what Ryan actually said, he was elaborating on the Republican legislation that would kill Barack Obama’s requirement that everyone buys insurance, by repealing the tax fines imposed on those who don’t.

“The time is here. The time is now. This is the moment. And this is the closest this will ever happen,” Ryan said. So there you go.
