A girl wouldn’t give away one of her McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets even after she was threatened with a gun, according to New York City police.
It all started when a 12-year-old boy approached the girl – who’s his classmate – inside a McDonald’s in Harlem. He asked her for a chicken nugget, but she refused.
Police say the boy followed the girl as she walked to a nearby subway station. The boy is accused of then pointing a gun at his classmate’s head, as he demanded that she give him a nugget.
But the girl still didn’t give in – instead, she smacked the gun away and told the boy to leave her alone, police said.
The next day, she reported the incident to school officials. The boy was taken into police custody accused of attempted robbery.
It’s unclear if the gun was real – it hasn’t been found by police.
