ANGELINA Jolie and Brad Pitt’s waxworks at Madame Tussauds have been moved apart following news of their split.

The figures of the Hollywood couple had stood side by side at the attraction in London, but were separated after the actress filed for divorce.

The waxworks – which were unveiled in 2013 to mark Pitt’s 50th birthday – are now standing a few feet apart.

A Madame Tussauds spokesman said: “We reacted quickly to yesterday’s news of the separation of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and their plans to divorce by mirroring the separation in the attraction.

“The couple’s wax figures, which were launched in 2013, have been split up and are now featured at a respectful distance from each other.

“Angelina is keeping Nicole Kidman company and Brad Pitt is with his several time co-star Morgan Freeman.”

Angelina (41) filed for divorce on Monday citing irreconcilable differences, according to legal documents filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The actress has asked for physical custody of the couple’s six children – Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne.

She also filed for Brad (52) to be granted child visitation rights and to share legal custody of the children.

The pair got together after co-starring in the 2005 film Mr And Mrs Smith and they tied the knot at their chateau in France in 2014.
