Leading estate agency marks milestone by raising money for homeless

HAMPTON Estates marked 25 years in business by forming a Corporate Social Responsibility campaign with the Simon Community charity for the homeless.  

As a result of the campaign, the estate agent will be donating a percentage of their income to this worthy cause.

Hampton Estates, voted Best Independent Estate Agent in Northern Ireland by the Build Real Estate and Property Awards are marking a landmark 25 years in business.  

Founded by Michael Devlin in 1991 the company is widely recognised as one of Belfast’s leading firms of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The company provides a full range of property services including property sales and rentals, property management including block management, mortgage surveys and valuations. Its clients include private individuals, corporations, financial institutions, Government departments, housing associations, developers and a number of local charities.  

As it marks this milestone, Michael Devlin says he’s proud of the company’s sustained growth. “Myself and my team are committed to delivering a first rate professional service at best value to all our clients,” he said.
