- St Valentine's Day has come and gone for another year but the Co-op's meal deal timed to coincide with it is still running until Tuesday February 18. For £6 you get a main meal, one side dish and a dessert or one main meal and two side dishes. Choose from ranch steak, lasagne and macaroni cheese as mains. Sides include skinny fries, baby potatoes or carrot, cauliflower and broccoli. For dessert there are chocolate melting middle puddings.

The vegetarian alternative includes vegetarian sausage, hash brown, omelette, baked beans, mushrooms and tomato. If you're a Family cardholder you'll get a free £5 voucher on your birthday too. You'll need to have swiped your card at least once during the previous year to qualify.
