Fruity, round and fresh, the palate is well balanced between richness and acidity, with a honeyed finish. The slightly syrupy texture adds complexity. This is the perfect Christmas aperitif, ideal with seafood or fish or with fruit tarts after the main event.

A blend of 95 per cent Merlot and 5 per cent Cabernet Franc grown in the vineyards of the beautiful St Emilion region in Bordeaux, this is soft and supple with a spicy nose and velvety texture. A mix of plum, leather and sweet spices make this the perfect wine for a Christmas turkey dinner with all the trimmings. A pomegranate colour with ruby red highlights. Ideal with poultry, red and white meats, and all varieties of cheese.
