WELCOME to the world Gunner Stone Pratt, son of reality TV couple and over-sharers Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Gunner is a week old but already has his own Twitter account cos baby gotta make rent.

Sleb Safari has done the heavy lifting and Googled the name to find out its origins. It’s Scandinavian and means ‘warrior’. Regardless, the child will be called Gunner Stoner at high school.

He’s @PrattGunner on Twitter if you’re minded to follow him. He hasn’t tweeted yet but it’s only a matter of days before daddy feels the tug of a Twitter account waiting to be christened.

The couple announced their baby boy’s arrival via US magazine and in proper reality TV style didn’t bother keeping anything private for themselves or their son.

“Gunner was born at 3:06 p.m. He weighed in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 19 inches long. He has blond hair and blue eyes,” according to the magazine.

Heidi said the couple felt “blessed to have a beautiful healthy baby boy” and described his birth as “the hardest and most rewarding experience”.

Spencer said it was “officially the most lit day of my life.” He also provided a little more insight into the delivery room with the tweet: “Shout out @crystalarium1 for dropping off $27,000 in crystals for the birth”.

Hey, child rearing is expensive and you have to remember to say thank you when you’re gifted or lent something. Bet those crystals were so much more effective than pain relief. Still, as long as they made labour easier for Spencer.

The Hills alumnus is a sucker for a good crystal and has bought $1 million worth of them over the years. Heidi is less convinced.

“She doesn’t let me buy crystals anymore,” he told The New Yorker recently. “I need to sell crystals to buy crystals.”

And he told The Cut for its Sleeping With… series that he keeps “a Glock and rose quartz” on his bedside table. Prettttty sure the healthcare worker will have something to say about that on her first home visit.

Sleb Safari’s favourite quote about the whole pregnancy experience was, naturally, a Spencer-ism.

Describing to US magazine the moment his wife told him she was pregnant he said: “She was literally glowing. I thought she was about to say she made muffins or banana bread.

“Heidi said, ‘I’m pregnant.’ I was like, ‘Whoa, that’s way more exciting than banana bread!’”

The man has no filter. It’s equal parts hilarious and horrifying. Sleb Safari is strangely looking forward to what he’s going to share about parenthood. Poor Gunner Stoner though.

Cheryl changes her name again

CHERYL Tweedy; sorry, Cheryl Cole; sorry, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, has changed her name for the third time. She’s gone back to her original name, Tweedy, a year after divorcing Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.

It’s as well that the days of headed letter paper and calling cards are out the window. Cheryl would have been out a fortune getting new paper and cards printed every couple of years. As it is she must be on her fourth passport. Sleb Safari is minded to do a whip round to help with costs.
