- GOT an American Express card? Until June 21 you can get a 3 per cent statement credit (effectively a partial refund) each time you shop in a Debenhams store or at Just sign into your Amex online account and click 'save to card' before making a purchase. The offers displayed for each cardholder may vary. Other offers available on some accounts at the time of going to print included 2 per cent back at AirBnB until July 19, 5 per cent back at H Samuel when spending £150 or more until June 21 and 10 per cent back at Caffe Nero until June 21.

Not got an Amex card? New American Express Nectar cardholders get £100 worth of Nectar points free when spending £2,000 within their first three months of membership - useful if you regularly put things on your card or you are planning some big purchases. - Join H&M's new loyalty scheme, H&M Club, and you'll get 20 per cent off your next purchase in any of the fashion retail chain's stores or at Order online and you'll get free delivery. - Getting hitched? Set up your wedding gift list at Debenhams and you'll receive a £50 gift card when £250 is spent on your list. - This offer is mentioned every so often in Netting a Bargain for the benefit of new readers but it bears repeating: As well as benefiting from in-store discounts, Ikea Family cardholders get a free cup of tea or filter coffee in the cafe/restaurant each day (except Saturdays and Sundays).
