IT'S not too late to start your new year fitness regime or get your resolutions back on track. Women in Sport and Physical Activity (WISPA NI) in partnership with various Better fitness centres across Belfast are offering a number of female-only, studio and aqua fitness classes for just £1 each from now until the end of March.

The affordable, no-strings classes are suitable for females of all fitness levels and not only offers women an affordable outlet to de-stress but gives them the opportunity to try something new and switch up their fitness routine.

The studio-based classes in centres including Falls Leisure Centre, Avoniel Leisure Centre, Belvoir Activity Centre and Grove Wellbeing Centre will include Pilates, circuits and yogalates while the aqua-based classes will include a mix of water workouts.

"At WISPA NI we aim to encourage and support women of all ages to become more physically active in their everyday lives to improve their overall health and wellbeing. We hope that the women of Belfast city and surrounding areas will take advantage of this opportunity to try something new and maybe even develop a new passion for fitness," says WISPA NI's Audrey Barr.
